1. Most doggy doo ends up in landfill, not compost
   When you send compostable dog poo bags to landfill, they can’t break down as intended and end up producing methane, a super potent greenhouse gas. But why not compost them? Well, pet poo can contain parasites, something you probably don’t want near those tomatoes you’re growing. Plus, municipal waste services rarely accept dog poo in yard or food waste bins.
   
   
2. Recycled plastic produces minimal methane in landfill
   So compared to a biodegradable bag, it’s actually less harmful to the planet once it’s buried in the ground.

   No new fossil fuels needed!

Because they’re packed with a whopping 100 bags, our rolls don’t fit in standard dispensers. But we did design the box for easy dispensing and tidy storage. When you’re on the go, just tie a few bags to your pup’s leash or stash them in your pocket. They look pretty snazzy as an accessory!
