Frequently Asked Questions

Why are the rolls wrapped individually?

Long story short, we have to wrap our rolls in something to keep them moisture-free and hygienic. We could wrap 6 rolls together (that’s the limit), but we’d need to use much thicker paper. The net paper used (by weight) to wrap a 6 pack vs. six individual rolls is effectively the same. It’s either this or plastic — and we hate plastic. Plus, they look cuter.

 What if I don't like it?

We think you’ll love our toilet paper, but if for any reason you don’t, all of our toilet paper comes with a 100% money back guarantee. Simply send them back for a full refund.

 Is this toilet paper expensive?

Let’s talk about toilet paper maths! Most TP brands measure by cost per roll (not per sheet), so they can make single-length rolls with fewer sheets. But because we make double-length rolls (at least 370 sheets), our toilet paper may seem a bit more expensive, but in reality, we’re about on par (and in some cases up to 30% cheaper than big brands like Andrex). 

 Do I have to subscribe?

Unlike traditional toilet paper companies who cut trees to make their TP, we choose to use bamboo. A  lot of people don’t realise that bamboo is a grass, not a tree. It grows incredibly quickly, making it a sustainable and renewable source for toilet paper like ours.
